Why do you think long distance companies only advertise state-to-state rates?

The answer is simple: they don't want to give up their huge profits on their in-state rates where a higher percentage of total calls are actually made! 

Just for the record, for new client accounts effective July 1, 2004, your in-state rate is the same as your state-to-state rate.
